Privacy
Choose what you share.
You can read the public guides and start free practice without opting in to email.
Optional study plan emails
The study plan form asks for an email address, a daily practice window, and your choice about exam update emails. Consent is unchecked by default. Submitting a request does not subscribe you until you confirm your email. Email delivery must also be enabled by the service owner.
Every subscription email includes an unsubscribe option. You can stop the selected emails without losing free practice access. Exam update emails link to official sources; they do not replace checking official deadlines.
Public browsing and campaign attribution
The public pages do not set a practice cookie merely because you read a guide. Where supplied, a limited campaign label and the first public page path may be stored in your browser’s session storage. It is shared with the service only when you use practice. Public attribution does not use an IP fingerprint. The service uses first-party aggregate counts of practice starts and purchases to understand how learners find it. Campaign labels in those records have a 90-day retention window. Purchase source snapshots may be retained longer for financial records and transaction support obligations; the campaign-label window does not erase purchase records.
Optional feedback and bug reports
Sending feedback is optional. If you choose to submit feedback, an email address is required so the owner can follow up. Bug reports do not require an email address. Neither form requires sign-in, a purchase or a rating. Messages and feedback email addresses are stored privately for owner review, with the page path and a first-party session reference. Sending a message does not subscribe you to emails or affect practice access. Do not include login codes, passwords or payment credentials. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests; there is no automatic deletion schedule for these reports.
Practice, accounts, and purchases
Using practice establishes a first-party session so the service can save attempts and answers. Optional sign-in and existing purchases use additional account and transaction information. Read the published privacy and purchase policies for those services, retention details, and support contacts.
Make an informed choice
Request only the emails you want. Do not enter identity documents or financial details into the study plan or question report forms.
