Read the documents with your own facts

- APS history: record whether your procedure is complete, and the dates of online registration and document submission.
- Intended intake: use the semester and year shown by the programme.

Keep different decisions separate
g.a.s.t. administers the dMAT. APS India determines how it fits your APS procedure. Universities may have their own admissions rules. The official FAQ says use of dMAT in a university’s admission process must be checked with that university.
When emailing a responsible organisation yourself, ask one precise question and include the relevant qualification, intake and application dates. For example: “My degree title is [exact title], my intended intake is [semester/year], and my APS steps occurred on [dates]. Which current requirement applies?” Do not send sensitive documents to an unofficial preparation provider to obtain a guessed classification.
If the test applies to you
Use the official registration instructions and participant portal linked from d-mat.de. Check dates against the current announcement. Choose preparation material for the module relevant to your procedure rather than assuming that every subject-specific PDF describes your examination.
Keep an application checklist in which every required document has an issuing organisation, status and destination. Mark “not yet confirmed” separately from “received.” That distinction prevents a planned result date from becoming an assumed document in your submission.
